For those who can get web-braille books, go to

and log in. Then do a search for "rowling, j.k." (without the quotes but with the comma after Rowling and the period after j. and k.) in the author field and "web braille" (without quotes) in the keyword field. I think it's the third book down on the list.
You can also use the single term search of the online catalog. Type the following into the search field: br 16000
